Happy New Year everyone. May the coming year be healthy, sparkly and full of joy.
After a nasty bout of illness before and after Christmas, I am now emerging from semi-hibernation and feeling re-energised and excited by the year ahead and all its fresh possibilities. For me, this starts with a return to good nutrition, after the excesses of the festive season, as well as vowing to enjoy more fresh air, exercise and the beautiful Cotswolds countryside that I am blessed with having on my doorstep. I’d love to hear about your plans for 2017.
If you are thinking about your and/or your family’s health, you may like to consider attending one of my popular homeopathic first aid workshops. They are ideal for anyone who would like to either get to know their remedy kit better, find out which remedies help with certain minor/acute ailments (such as common colds, coughs, sore throats, teething, stomach upsets, vomiting bugs and so on), as well as in first aid situations such as burns, falls, splinters and trauma. We look at which are the best remedy kits to purchase, how to choose and administer a remedy, as well as issues such as dosage and potency, and much more.
The workshops are in small groups (maximum 6 participants) and cost £25 per person, and last approximately 2 hours. This price includes a free copy of the latest edition of Get Well Soon: A Guide to Homeopathic First Aid, a brilliant and essential reference guide that no home should be without!
Dates for the next workshops are as follows:
Wednesday 25th January, 10am: at my home in Nailsworth.
Thursday 2nd February, 7pm: Nailsworth, venue TBC.
Please contact me via email to book your place.
Alternatively if you would like to host your own homeopathy first aid workshop in the Stroud or Nailsworth area, I would be happy to do this for you. The host provides tea and cake, and receives the book and workshop free of charge. Minimum 4 participants required.
I can also tailor sessions to suit specific requirements; for example you may want to get a group of mums together to look at dealing with childhood illness homeopathically, or maybe parents of older children/teens would like to ask about making up a remedy kit for their child to take on a residential trip, university, gap year etc.
No prior knowledge or experience of homeopathy is required as I will cover the basics in an easy to understand way.
