Next workshop dates coming soon

Would you like to learn more about how to use homeopathy for yourself, your family and/or your friends? I offer informative 2 hour workshops at my home in Nailsworth. These workshops are suitable both for complete beginners as well as for those who have been using homeopathy for a while but would like to get to know their homeopathic remedy kit better, find out which remedies may help with first aid and minor ailments, or generally would like to become more empowered and knowledgeable about home prescribing in order to use homeopathy as a handy addition (or alternative) to the conventional medical approach.

I can also tailor sessions to suit specific requirements. For example, you may be a group of friends who are mums with babies, toddlers or young children; you could get together to learn more about dealing with childhood illness homeopathically. Alternatively, parents of older children might like to ask about making up a remedy kit for their young person to take on a residential trip, or for helping a child to recover from an operation and so on.

Adults without children (or those with grown-up children) find homeopathy just as valuable as those with young children; after all, everyone occasionally suffers with headaches, viral / sickness bugs, holiday ailments etc. Homeoapthy can therefore be an extremely valuable addition to everyone's health toolkit.

No prior knowledge or experience of homeopathy is required as I will cover the basics of homeopathic philosophy and remedy making in an easy to understand way. I talk about past cases and answer your questions on your own experiences of treating illness and any concerns about childhood illness, accidents and so on.

Unless you are hosting the workshop yourself (see below) the workshops take place in my home in Nailsworth and cost £35 per person (or £60 for a couple) which includes a free copy of a fantastic 145 page book called Get Well Soon: A Guide to Homeopathic First Aid by Misha Norland, as well as a range of teas and homemade cake during the break.

Sessions last approximately 2 hours (minimum 4 participants required, maximum 8) and there is always plenty of time for questions, discussion, chat etc.

Alternatively if you would like to host your own homeopathy first aid workshop in the Stroud area, or even slightly further afield, I would be very happy to do this for you. The host receives the book and workshop free of charge, in exchange for providing the venue (usually your own home) plus refreshments. Minimum 5 further participants required (i.e. at least 6 participants in total, including yourself, if you choose this option).
